The Work
We created a campaign video to illustrate the unique, and unpredictable, reality of working with kids. Mirroring an interview set up, we shifted the power by getting children to grill the paediatricians. This enabled us to capture the genuine, unscripted warmth experienced by working paediatricians every day.
Result
The Impact
Our campaign video connected with the target audience and delivered results. After the video was shared, the number of physicians looking to switch into paediatrics increased. Based on this success, our client widened the campaign reach to include medical students, encouraging them to consider a career in paediatrics.
